The readiness engine for airline crew
Long duties. Crossed time zones. Broken sleep. Crewlife reads your roster and tells you exactly what your body needs — and when.
Your data is yours. Your airline never sees it.
The real cost
Wellness apps are built for people with a bedtime. You don't have one. Your roster decides when you sleep, eat and train — and it changes every week.
Earlies, lates, standby, night turns. There is no routine to build habits on — the ground keeps moving under your schedule.
Every time zone you cross, your body clock pays. Sleep pressure, alertness and digestion drift out of sync with the world outside.
One short night is manageable. A career of them compounds — quietly working against your energy, recovery and long-term health.
Your body keeps the score — even when you don't.

Why this exists
I fly the Boeing 737 for a living. I know what a 4 a.m. report feels like, what a week of night flights does to your sleep, and how useless generic wellness advice is when your Monday starts in another time zone.
I built Crewlife because nothing out there understood my roster — so I made something that does. For my colleagues, and for every crew member trying to stay sharp and healthy in this job.

The product
Add your duty, connect your health data if you want to, and Crewlife builds your day around it — when to sleep, when to see light, when to train, what to eat, and when that last coffee stops being a good idea.
The 30-second story

0–100, from your sleep, recovery & body clock.
Home vs. here — always knows where your body is.
Sleep, training, meals, light & caffeine — timed to your roster.
Any AI says "sleep more." Yours knows you land at 03:40.
Snap a menu or gym — Coach picks what your body needs now.
The science
Your readiness comes from the two-process model of alertness — the framework sleep scientists have used for decades. One process tracks the sleep pressure you build while awake; the other tracks your circadian rhythm, the internal clock that time zones pull out of sync. Crewlife reads both against your roster, so the score reflects how ready your body actually is — not how ready the clock on the wall says you should be.
Crewlife provides wellness guidance built on established sleep science. It is not medical advice and not a medical device.
Everything Crewlife learns about you lives on your side of a wall — a wall that cannot be opened from the other side. Not by policy. By construction.
Discovery by colleagues is off by default. You decide what anyone sees — including nothing at all.

Questions
No. Crewlife gives wellness and readiness guidance — sleep timing, light, movement, nutrition — built on established circadian science. It is not a medical device and doesn't replace your AME or doctor.
All of them. Crewlife is roster-based and airline-independent — short-haul, long-haul, cargo, cabin or flight deck. If you have duties across time zones or odd hours, it works for you.
Never. Your data is yours alone — no individual data is shared with, sold to, or made visible to any employer. That principle is enforced in how the product is built, not just in a policy.
