FAQ
Does my airline or employer see my data?
No. Your health, sleep, readiness and roster are private to your account. Any crew-wide stats are anonymous aggregates (never fewer than five people) and never include an identifiable person's health data. See our Privacy Policy.
What is the readiness score?
One number that reflects your recent sleep and heart-rate variability against your own baseline, plus the shift ahead on your roster. It's a lifestyle signal to help you plan recovery — not a medical or fitness-to-fly assessment.
Which wearables work?
Anything that writes to Apple Health (iPhone/Apple Watch) or Health Connect (Android) — including Oura, Garmin, Whoop, Fitbit and others that sync there. Crewlife reads heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and steps, with your permission.
Is the coach medical advice?
No. The coach gives behaviour and timing guidance — sleep, light, caffeine, food and movement around your roster. It never recommends doses or medications and never judges whether you're fit to fly. For anything medical, talk to your AME.
When does it launch, and what does it cost?
Waitlist members get access first, in order of joining, and start with free founding-crew months. Pricing is announced before launch — waitlist members hear it first. Join the waitlist to be at the front of the line.
How do I unsubscribe from the waitlist?
Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or email support@crewlife.ai and we'll remove you and delete your details.
